The Federal Government on Thursday, rolled out conditions for volatile states to receive National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, members, insisting that governors of such states must sign an undertaking to take responsibility for any thing that happened to corps members posted to their states.
So the governor wey no fit protect the people of his state, na him go protect youth corps? Ok now. Lets wait and see
